Card on file for payment means we have spoken to you and you have a card on file. Do not use this form of payment if you simply ordered before. That does not mean we kept your card on file. Some people prefer we keep their information in an actual old fashion file and we are happy to do that. But, you must request it.

We ask that you allow 7-10 days for delivery in the US and up to 3 weeks for overseas before you inquire as to where your package is.
Also please note that if you order in the evening we will not receive your order until the next business day.Please note that the images are taken by us, therefore imperfections are usually a result of amateur photography.
The medallions are standard size unless otherwise noted - as in 1 inch nicodium.For Delivery in the U.S. please allow 7 - 10 days. For international delivery please allow 2-3 weeks on average. At the holiday time at the end of the year, please allow double that.
* Our standard method of shipping is USPS priority mail for most orders. Small orders wieghing less than 13 oz. may be shipped first class. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, sometimes the same day. However, we do occassionally experience delays for a variety of reasons. Therefore, it may take up to 7 - 10 days to receive your order. It may take slightly longer in December around the holidays, as the post office also experiences delays around that time. Many factors can influence actual shipping time.
If you need express shipping, please contact us. Express shipping starts at $18.50 for a flat rate envelope. Express shipping is 1 -2 days depending on your location. UPS overnight starts at about $30 for the smallest package.

We guarantee complete privacy with every transaction. No personal information will ever be sold, traded or given away. Most orders are shipped promptly, usually within 1 business day. $150.00 + = $10.95 + 1%Shipping is an estimate based on mostly tokens. Bulky items may cost a bit more because they will not into a flat rate mailer.
In most cases orders over $140.00 will fit into a flat rate box and ship insured for around $13.50. However bulky items or very large orders may be more. We will contact you if it is much more than the program tries to calculate. Please be sure we have good contact information so that your order does not get held up if there are any questions.
Please contact us for if you need express delivery. We do not list it as an option on the site because the coins can be very heavy. If you order fits into a flat rate mailer the charge is $18.50 for express delivery.
International - Presently, we ship to many foreign countries. We ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail. International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks, but may be longer due to customs regulations.

If this estimate is wrong by more than 10% we will email you before we ship. Estimate is based on coins only - bulky items generally cost more. We will do our best to keep your costs down, but if your order does not fit into a flat rate mailer, the cost will be higher.If you order internationally from us regularly you are accustom to packages arriving within a couple of weeks. Beginning in November the time it takes get longer and longer until it seems to stop in mid December. For gift purchases through the holiday season, please order early - very early - to ensure delivery in time.
We do our best to keep your shipping costs down. For international shipping we will use flat rate mailers whenever possible. In most cases, larger orders not including bulky items will be sent in two flat rate rate mailers. The very large orders or those with bulky items will have to be boxed and that can be expensive. Please be assured we will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
Shipping is estimated. If it is considerably more than shown, we will contact you.
International customers will see shipping update at check out unless they are registered and signed in.
Shipping and Billing Address must be the same on international orders and there may be additional shipping charges if actual shipping exceeds programmed rate. We do not ship to all countries. Please contact us about specific other countries.
