What is the meaning of the Camel in Recovery?

Sometimes people ask about the meaning of the camel in regards to sobriety. The camel was actually something Dr. Bob talked about. Dr. Bob would explain prayer by telling how the camels in a caravan would kneel down in the evening, and the men would unload their burdens. In the morning, they would kneel down again, and the men would put the burdens back on. It's the same with prayer, Dr. Bob said "We get on our knees to unload at night. What size are the medallions

The medallions range from 1 1/4 inches diameter to 1 5/8 inches inches diameter. If the item sku begins with GBRM it is 1 1/4 inches. WBSC, BSP and Any WB (WBA WBRM WBSC ect) are 1 5/16 inches. EC coins are approximately 1 5/8 inches

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Paypal, and Checks. If you use a credit card you should know that we interface through a secure server directly with the bank. We do not get your credit card number unless you call us on the phone and give it to us. If you pay by check it must be imprinted with your name or the name of your business, drawn on a US bank and shipping to a US address. Orders are not shipped until we receive and process the order.

We are based in the United States and we do not accept international checks. Countries listed above may use Credit Cards or Paypal. Countries not listed may contact us about direct bank to bank wire transfers. Custom International orders will require a bank to bank wire transfer.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will not ship until we receive your payment (or in some cases, a signed PO) - Most orders ship within a couple business days, sometimes even the same day. Orders with books or specialty items may take up to a week to ship. Most of the time bronze and aluminum tokens will ship within 1 - 2 business days. Fancier medallions may take up to 10 days to ship. We tell everyone to expect their order within 7-10 days for domestic delivery. International orders should allow 2-3 weeks and double that at the year-end holidays. That does not mean it will take that long, but you should allow enough time for packages to get to you.

Occasionally, but not often, there can be a delay of a couple of days. Also, once they are shipped delays can happen due to routing issues, weather, holidays and a variety of other factors.

Also, please note that we cannot leave your packages in the carport, on the back porch or at the neighbors. Special instructions should be left for your mail carrier.

Custom orders take longer.

As the holidays approach International Shipping will get slower. International orders must normally allow up to 3 (even sometimes 4) weeks for delivery, but from November to January it can be double that.

How much is shipping?

US Shipping for prepaid orders is $6.75 for the first $100.00 - over $100.00 is graduated to include extra costs
Minimum shipping for US Purchase Orders will be shipped via Fedex and is $10.25

International shipping is currently set to $35.95 for each $150.00 - we will use international flat rate mailers.

We have added a third rate for Canada - $23.95 for each $150.00 - flat rate international mailers.

International shipping rates are estimated for coin orders. Adding bulky items such as books can raise international shipping rates quite a bit.
Unfortunately, is is not an exact science and if the program should over-charge, we will refund any extra.Should it substantially undercharge we will notify you. On the other hand if the program undercharges your charges will be adjusted. We make every effort to be as accurate and fair as possible and will make every effort to keep your costs as low as possible. You will be notified via email of adjustments.

The smaller international packages have a weight limit of 4 pounds. If your international package comes in over 4 pounds we will contact you about whether to remove something or charge for the higher weight. Unfortunately the difference in cost between under and over 4 pounds is substantial.

Many factors can affect international delivery times, including but not limited to weather, routing issues, holidays and your importing customs agency. If your order is pulled by your importing agency for inspection - your package will be delayed. You must allow a minimum of 4 full calendar weeks before your order is considered for missing for re-shipping. At the year end holidays we will not re-ship until after January 10 - as it can take that long for customs to clear their warehouse.

Occasionally an order can be lost in shipping, misdirected or even returned to us for a variety of reasons. If you do not get your order shortly or need to get ahold of us for any reason, please use the CONTACT US FORM to let us know about it.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping, but not on the website. This is because in many cases expedited shipping must be figured manually by us depending on the contents of the package and delivery location.

Flat rate mailers are the option of choice when available and cost $19.50 US Shipping and $44.95 International. They will generally hold up to about 150 coins, but bulky items like multiple books will not always fit.

Also expedited shipping can take up to 2 days in some areas. International can take up to about a week. You can check on this by going to and entering your zip code for delivery. We will ship from 33563.

We are on the East Coast of US. We do our best to accommodate late orders, but orders received later in the day (our time) will not ship until the next day.

Most often the fastest way to get the order is to place and pay for the order. We usually ship very quickly once your order is placed.

Do you offer wholesale pricing

At this time we do not.

I live overseas and I am charged in import fee by my country. Can you ship my items as a sample or gift?

Each country has different policies regarding import fees. You will need to check with your importing agency about fees. And sorry, but no we do not ship items as a gift or sample. That would be international mail fraud. We are a known international shipper and we would not get away with it. We ship overseas every day and importing/exporting agencies know us

What about returns?

If for whatever reason you want to return an item you initiate a return within 10 days of delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part we will credit you for the postage and pay for the return. Otherwise you will be credited for the item(s) returned only.

How do we get coupons?

It is very rare that we send out coupons, but when we do it is through the newsletter or Facebook. The coupon field on the program is simply there. It does not mean there are coupons that you are missing.

I do not want to give my name, is this required?

Yes, it is required. We will not give your information to anyone, but you want us to process your credit card or check, ship a package to you and guarantee delivery. We must have a record of who you are in order to do this.
